There are thousands of applications in the world, but it always seems the one you want to use is the one that gives you the most trouble. If you have problems with a peice of software, try and download any updates (usually available on the software manufacturer's website) as these updates might fix the problem. If the updates for the software do not solve your issue, you may consider doing Windows Updates, but if the software has been working for a while and now has an error, it is usually a file that has gotten a problem in the program itself. You can solve this by going to "Start" and then click "Control Panel". In the Control Panel, click "Add or Remove Programs" and then when this comes up and populates the list of your installed software, browse through and find the application you are having a problem with. Click "Uninstall" and go through the uninstallation process, then put the original disk in and reinstall it. If none of these solutions help, we suggest bringing it in to us, as it sounds like a more complicated problem
